Cher uses oxygen therapy as part of her beauty regime
Cher spends nearly $2,500 (£1,575) a week on a "wellness crew" who are in charge of her beauty regime, which includes the use of pure oxygen among other treatments.
A source told the National Enquirer that the singer spends significant sums of money to ensure her skin looks good, with LED light and oxygen therapy two techniques the team uses.
She has enjoyed weekly facials and several other beauty treatments to fight the onset of old age while filming her latest movie Burlesque.
The insider told the news provider: "Cher also has a spiritual adviser, homeopath and naturopath on standby to keep her mentally and physically centred."
Mahalakshmi Prabhakaran, from the Bangalore Mirror, recently said that pure oxygen can do wonders for one's skin, with oxygen rejuvenation facials the way forward for those whose complexion has become a bit weather beaten.
The procedure involves applying pure oxygen to the face after it has been coated with a protein and multi-vitamin solution.
